Two-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
Autoslide Pty Ltd, the sole manufacturer of AUTOSLIDE® branded products, warrants to the original retail purchaser that the AutoSlide, AutoSlide iLock, AutoSlide Elite, AutoSlide Elite iLock, AutoSwing, and MultiDrive products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. All other sensors, parts, and accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
Eligibility and Requirements:
To obtain warranty service, the original retail purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be returned to an authorized Autoslide service center at the purchaser’s expense. The service center for North America, South America, and Europe is located at:

Warranty Service:
During the warranty period, Autoslide Pty Ltd, or its authorized service representative, will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or part at no charge to the purchaser. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will be of the same or similar design. Autoslide Pty Ltd reserves the right to retain any defective parts or replaced products. The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the original warranty period or for an additional ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. This warranty service is the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.
Exclusions from Coverage:
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, mishandling, neglect, fire, water, liquids, insect infestation, or other external causes.
- Damage resulting from the use of non-AUTOSLIDE accessories or misapplication of the product.
- Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers.
- Batteries and other consumable parts.
- Products used in commercial, business, or institutional settings.
- Damage caused by natural events, such as lightning or other acts of nature.
- Products returned without valid proof of purchase or a valid RMA number.
Shipping Policy for Warranty Returns:
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to the Autoslide service center for warranty evaluation. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as Autoslide Pty Ltd is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit. If the product is found to be covered under the warranty, Autoslide Pty Ltd will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the purchaser. If the product is not covered under warranty, the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

A technical support specialist will respond within one business day during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST. Please note that our office is closed on most U.S. public holidays.
If technical support determines that a return is necessary, an RMA number and the service center’s return address will be provided to you.

This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided for AUTOSLIDE® products. All other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Autoslide Pty Ltd and Autoslide LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
